Terms and Conditions
Bed & Breakfast Lots of Love applies the following terms and conditions. These apply from the moment of booking through to the end of your stay at our B&B.
Definitions
Owner: Gerhard Obbink
Manager: a substitute in the owner’s absence
Guest: the main guest and any accompanying guests staying at the Bed & Breakfast
General
The main guest must be 18 years of age or older, is responsible for his or her fellow guests, must have a permanent place of residence or domicile, and must carry valid proof of identity.
Prices include breakfast, tea, coffee, water, electricity and final cleaning.
Unfortunately, our Bed & Breakfast is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Our rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of two people.
We want our guests to enjoy a carefree stay. However, we accept no liability for loss, theft, accidents, personal injury, medical expenses or damage to property caused by personal negligence or by circumstances beyond our control. All risks associated with a stay at Bed & Breakfast Lots of Love are borne by the guests.
Naturally, we expect our guests to report any damage or loss to us. Any costs incurred will be charged. Damage to or loss of the owner’s movable and immovable property must be reported immediately by guests and compensated to the owner.
Bed & Breakfast Lots of Love accepts no liability for faults or disruptions in or around the accommodation, such as power cuts, Wi-Fi outages, water supply issues or technical malfunctions.
We expect our guests to follow instructions from the owner or manager.
In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or inappropriate behaviour, the owner or manager may, with immediate effect, deny or refuse guests access to Bed & Breakfast Lots of Love, without further notice or stating reasons, and without refund of the accommodation costs.
The owner’s records shall be decisive in the event of a dispute, unless the guest can prove otherwise.
We expect guests at Bed & Breakfast Lots of Love to adhere to the house rules and the terms and conditions.
In the event of a dispute, all (legal) costs shall be borne by the guests.
Booking and Confirmation
The booking can be made by telephone, email, via our website or another affiliated platform.
Upon receipt of a booking request, Bed & Breakfast Lots of Love will send a confirmation (provided the room is available). Once the deposit has been paid, the booking is confirmed.
No additional costs will be charged for booking a stay at Bed & Breakfast Lots of Love.
Our booking confirmations refer to these General Terms and Conditions.
Payment
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on check-out. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or in cash.The owner may, in consultation with the guest, deviate from these terms and conditions.
B&B Lots of Love may only cancel the booking agreement in the event of force majeure, natural disaster, exceptional weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family members, hospitalisation or unannounced sale.
In any of these cases, the owner or manager will offer the guest an alternative as soon as possible.
We recommend taking out travel and/or cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the room is available from 3.00 pm and check-in is possible until 8.00 pm.
We would appreciate it if you could let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Arrival times other than those mentioned above are only possible by prior arrangement.
Due to room cleaning, it is necessary to vacate the room by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Late check-out is possible by prior arrangement, subject to room availability.
Key
As a guest, you will be given a key to the B&B. Please return this upon departure. As a guest, you are responsible for ensuring that the entrance door to the B&B is properly locked.
Any loss of the key will be charged to the guest (€25) and must be paid by the guest in cash or by debit card upon check-out.
Complaints
We naturally do our utmost to offer our guests a carefree and unforgettable stay. Should you have a complaint despite our best efforts, please let us know on the spot so that we can resolve it immediately.
