In the unlikely event that you are unable to fulfil the rental agreement, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can still offer the now-vacant dates to third parties.
In the event of cancellation or a no-show, the guest shall pay compensation to the owner. The following conditions apply to cancellation of the booking:
Deviations from the cancellation conditions are only permitted at the discretion of the owner or manager (for example, in the event of emergencies).
To be eligible for any refund, the cancellation must be notified to the owner immediately by email or telephone.
Following consultation, you will receive an invoice to transfer the amount due. This must be paid within 14 days.
